Digital Products (eBooks)
All eBook purchases are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital content, once the product has been delivered or accessed, refunds or returns cannot be provided.
If you face any issue in accessing or downloading the eBook, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will assist in resolving the issue.
Physical Products (Paperback Books)
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- the product is damaged during delivery
- the wrong item has been delivered
Return Conditions
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos of the product and packaging must be provided as proof
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
Refund Process
- Once the issue is verified, a replacement or refund will be initiated
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to the original payment method
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:
