eBooks and Digital Downloads

All digital purchases are considered final. Once an ebook or downloadable material has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

If you experience difficulty accessing your file, please contact us. We will gladly assist in ensuring you receive your purchase properly.

Paperbacks and Printed Books

If a printed book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

For faster resolution, we recommend recording a short video while opening the parcel. This helps us verify any damage that may have occurred during transit and allows us to assist you more efficiently.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution.

Books that show signs of use, mishandling, or normal wear cannot be returned.
